I have a passion to share what I’ve learned with women just like during my journey to getting healthy and fit, physically, mentally, and spiritually, so that they have a chance to finally get healthy and fit too. My first love (after my family of course) is drinking coffee and watching sunsets.
One thing about living in Florida, we don’t want to be dressed in big and bulky clothes. You won’t survive in this heat and sunshine. We all want to just sit out on our patios and watch the Florida sunset as we’re sipping on a cup of coffee, or wine.
Sounds like heaven, right?

This Eating the Right Foods info is what I’ve learned and compiled to help me stay on the right path. There are 2 methods combined together that are definitely my favorite way of eating and getting healthy and fit. Keto and IF are popular topics trending on social media and the web right now. Everyone has heard of them, but not everyone knows enough to do it correctly.
Some people get scared to try either one because of some of the negative comments being said about them, but you have to look at whose making those comments and why. Then there are some people out there make money off of advertising the low fat, high carb diets. How can that possibly be good for you?
There’s nothing good about raising your glucose levels every time you eat something unhealthy. That’s why people get diabetes or cancer, or a slew of other problems. This nation is sicker than it’s ever been. Just look at the statistics. It’s time to change that today.
After trying multiple fitness routines and gyms throughout my lifetime, I’ve finally found the one for me. There are a lot of people out there that just don’t know how to get heathy and fit the right way. This topic alone scares people. So I’ve put together tips on how I learned to get both healthy and fit. Yes, I still have a long way to go, I know, but I’m not stopping or giving up. It doesn’t matter how far you have to go, it’s getting started and staying consistent that matters.
A list of my favorite recipes since starting my new lifestyle is growing all the time. Recipes such as; breads, drinks, desserts, etc. have become a staple in my household. Just because you’re on a healthy journey and lifestyle doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy the good stuff. It’s just knowing what the better choices are and choosing those. These recipes are gluten-free, low-carb, and sugar-free. I know what you’re thinking, ewww! Before you turn up your nose and move on, just try one or two of them. Especially the brownies, yummy! Just saying!!!
What can I say here? I could write a book about who I am and the successes I’ve had as well as all of my failures in my life. However, I won’t bore you with all of that, not right now anyway. I’ll leave that for the future. For now I’ll just stick to how I started my new lifestyle and why.
